Returns and exchanges are easy with Lone Star Apparel. Simply follow the steps below to guide you through the process. Please ensure that you follow each step carefully and read the shipping terms and conditions before initiating your return or exchange.

How to Make a Return

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

In order for your item(s) to be eligible to return or exchange, products must be in unusedsellable condition, along with any product tags or packaging that came with your order as per the shipping terms and conditions. It is highly recommended that you brefly read over these terms and conditions before initiating a return or exchange. You should also have the included return label to use the online portal for automated returns. If the label is missing or damaged in any way, please fill out the form at the bottom or click the button below:

Check Eligibility & Initiate Return

Some products may not be eligible for return for a variety or reasons. To check if the items you would like to exchange or return are eligible, please use the link below. This will take you to our returns portal where you can perform an order lookup using your order number and your email, postal code, or phone number.

Now all you have to do is place the items you would like to return in the same box that your order arrived in. Seal the box with tape and place the label on a visible part of the box. You can now take the box to your nearest UPS store for drop-off, or leave it with a staff member at the counter.

Processing Your Return/Exchange

The portal will guide you through your return or exchange by asking a few short questions. For returns, the shipping cost will automatically be deducted from your total, which will be refunded to your original payment method. For exchanges, you will be prompted to select another size of the same product. Exchanges are FREE so the return label is pre-paid.

And you're done! Your shipment will be reviewed within a few days. Please note that it may take up to an additional 5 business days for your bank to process the return. If you made an exchange, the products will be reviewed, and your new variants will be shipped shortly after.

Please fill out the fields on the next page carefully and double check all of the information before submitting. This information will appear on the shipping label exactly how you type it. You will be sent a label from someone on the team, which will allow you to print out the label on a regular printer.
